Refund, Return & Exchanges, cancellations and Discounts Refunds:

We aim at making each transaction on our website smooth. All purchases/orders are checked thoroughly for any defects by our Quality Control team prior to dispatch.

As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. Our goods are stationary and corporate gifts..

Before making your payment, we request you to verify the items thoroughly and details of the product you are finalizing for your purchase.

If for some reason we are not able to ship your purchase, we will intimate the same to you on your email ID registered with ashwin@redrobinevents.in along with correctional measures that would be undertaken at such an event.

In the unforeseen event where the goods arrive damaged, we request you to email us with a picture of the damaged garment at ashwin@redrobinevents.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once our team checks the matter and acknowledges your email, a reverse pickup will be initiated.

 

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your mode of payment.

To return your product :

Please send us an email request with the reason to return the product to ashwin@redrobinevents.in within 5 days of the receipt of the order.

1. We will arrange for a reverse pick-up at no extra cost within India
2. Once we receive the returned product, it undergoes a quality check. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged by you. The returned product must contain labels, tags, receipts, and other packaging with which the product was sent to you.
3. All returns will be on a credit basis only. A credit note will be sent to your registered email address amounting to the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order.
4. You can use the credit to purchase any product listed on our website with a validity of 6 months.
5. We do not accept returns on specially ordered and customized items under any circumstances since all items have been customized as per your request.

 

Cancellations

 

We do not consider the cancellation of an order after 2 hours from receiving the order. There will be no cash or online payment refund for the cancellation of the order. You will be provided with a credit note which can be used for future purchases from our website. The validity of the credit note will be 6 months from the date of issue of the credit note.
